FAQ
Social media FAQ — questions, answered.
This social media FAQ covers live publishing channels, encrypted OAuth tokens, per-platform captions, scheduling, drafts, and free Starter access — straight answers, no jargon.
Do you actually publish to all these platforms?
We publish live to X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit today. Google Business connect is live; posts require Google API allowlist. Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube are on the roadmap.
Where are my tokens stored?
Access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest in your workspace database with AES-256-GCM. Only you can access them through your account.
Can I customize captions per platform?
Yes — the composer lets you write a shared base and override per platform when needed.
Do you support scheduling and drafts?
Drafts, scheduled posts, and post history are all first-class in the dashboard.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Starter is free to begin — no credit card required. Upgrade to Studio or talk to us about Enterprise when you need more.
How does OneBridge help voice and AI search?
We structure pages with clear headings, FAQ schema, and concise summaries so assistants and generative engines can cite accurate answers about publishing, security, and pricing.
More help with social publishing
A good social media FAQ should save you a support ticket. Start here for channel status, security practices, and plan limits — then open the dashboard when you are ready to connect accounts.
If you are comparing tools, focus on live publishing coverage, token encryption, and whether scheduling plus drafts are included on the free tier. OneBridge Social optimizes for all three.
Agencies and small businesses often ask about workspaces and SSO — Enterprise covers multi-brand setups with priority support. Creators usually begin on Starter and move to Studio when volume grows.
Still stuck? Email support or submit a feature request. We read every message and use it to prioritize roadmap work on channels, analytics, and approvals.
