How to get the fastest OneBridge Social support response
OneBridge Social support is human — not a bot loop. Include your account email, which channel failed, and the approximate time of the issue so we can trace logs quickly.
Connection problems often trace to expired OAuth tokens or platform API limits. Try reconnecting the account in Settings before opening a ticket; note any error text you see in the dashboard.
